I almost snatched defeat out of the hands of victory but I finally became so tired that I passed out. Sleep as a way to constrain calories. I'm back into my work-mode instead of my spiraling-mode. Enough guilt and enough stress were added to the calendar that I have no choice. Also, with the twins barreling towards me at a few ounces per week I am convinced that just giving up and doing things is the easiest approach, because very soon my life will have no choices at all. Desperately trying to hold on to some sense of self by procrastinating is a failed strategy.
