@harper@simonw if they're not super text-heavy it's nbd. the one thing you want to do is look around for data on the write-ahead-log and stuff. you can slam 10m records into sqlite at stupid speeds if you configure it right. (or postgres too tbh, but sqlite is great for figuring it out.)
