Sick. Had a bowl of pasta sauce and called it a night. I'm continuing to avoid alcohol for now. It doesn't need to be a habit. I definitely crave sugar so I had some with some sugar-free cranberry concentrate. But yesterday was a pretty level day. Probably easier to manage various cravings while sick, but at the same time the cortical self keeps sort of running things down.
