October 23, 2013 - Lunch

I should take a quick note of where I'm at. I seem to be more aware of my own behavior. I had some sugary snacks, and bourbon last night. But I've also been riding my bike more and am in less physical pain daily. I've been out in the weeds on the book but am also spending less time on Twitter and doing things that don't really add up.

A ton of things I do add up poorly, so I'm trying to think those thing through as I go throughout my day.

I had another opportunity to be on TV (PBS NewsHour) and hid from it for a moment, then realized that I didn't want to be part of the story because I honestly do not feel that a good story can . So I called the people and told them I didn't want to do the segment. "Thank you for your honesty," they said.

What a week.
