June 20, 2011 - Non-event

As an exercise, what I ate: A bowl of cereal, a lot of coffee, a turkey sandwich with coffee cake, a diet Dr. Pepper, two tortillas, two sausages, one-and-a-half eggs, and a cup of broccoli. Two teaspoons of sugar and some lemon juice. Some omega-rich fish goo. I panicked for at least three hours. The panic makes me sleepy. I squeezed my nose because it felt swollen and it turned a sort of dark blue that caused a little more panic.
