"We're an events company called WATERSHED EVENTS and we own eleven large event spaces and use them for pop-ups, weddings, parties, corporate, and other events.We do WAY too much phone and email support. Each space is between 2,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq. ft and each space has multiple sub-spaces/rooms with names. Each space has its own staff members and some have different vendors. We could use help tracking things like deliveries and cleanings as well as general maintenance. We need a CRM that helps us land business from inbound to event and followup. It should also help with billing. And it should help us to upsell.We do a lot of upselling with chairs, stages, lighting, pro DJ, and food. Some is owned and on-site but some is third-party. So we should have inventory for each of those things. We need a centralized vendor directory, come to think of it. We need an events calendar. We have a lot of repeat business so we need a CRM to manage long-term relationships. It should integrate with our marketing platform (mostly emails).
